Originally from the UK, Andrew graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1999 with a Civil Engineering degree, and was a specialist Bridge Engineer before moving into Project Management. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers, and a Project Management Professional, PMI.
